1. Joint Director (Tech)
Scale of Pay: Pre-revised scale Rs.12,000-16,500/- (Revised PB-3,Grade Pay Rs.7600).
Eligibility Conditions:
Officers under the Central/State Governments/Public Undertakings/Semi Governments/Autonomous or Statutory Organization;
(a)(i) holding analogous posts; or
(ii) with five years service in the posts in the scale of Rs.10,000-15,200 or equivalent; and
(b) Possessing the educational qualifications,experience etc.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
(i) Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
(ii) Ten year’s professional experience connected with project planning,process evaluation and development in a Chemical Industry.
Desirable:
(i) Doctorate Degree in Chemistry or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology from a recognized university.
(ii) Practical experience in production of fertilizers.
Age: Not exceeding 50 years

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/Department; or
(ii) With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of Pre-revised Rs.8000-13500/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department.
(b) Possessing the educational qualifications.
Educational Qualifications:
(i) Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
(ii) Five years experience in Project Planning,Evaluation and Development of a Chemical Industry out of which at least three years experience should be in fertilizer field.
