Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL), was incorporated in December 2006 under the Companies Act 1956, with the objective to plan, promote and organize the development of all aspects of hydroelectric power on behalf of Himachal Pradesh State Government (GoHP) and Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board (HPSEB) in Himachal Pradesh. The GoHP has a 60%, and HPSEB, a 40% shareholding in HPPCL.
NAME OF POST :
Apprentice Engineer(Civil) - B.E./B.Tech. (Civil) from recognized Engineering college - 3
Apprentice (Geology) - MA/ M.Sc in Geology from a recognized institute - 5
NOTIFICATION : Minimum 60% for App. Eng. (Civil) and 50% marks for Apprentice (Geology) mentioned above in the concerned degree.
STIPEND : Rs 10,000/- to Apprentice Engineer (Civil) and Rs. 6,000/- to Apprentice (Geology)
PREFERENCE :
i) Candidates belonging to Project Affected Family.
ii) Candidates of concerned Project Affected Area
iii) District Candidates from any part of the district where project is located
iv) Himachali candidates from any district
DURATION: One Year
