• Age : Below 40 years as on the last date. (Desirable below 30 years)
• Qualification :Ph.D. in Science or Engineering (or) M.Tech. / ME (Engineering)

2. Scientist Fellow Range-2:Rs.36000/37800/39600/41400/43200
• Age : Below 40 years as on the last date. (Desirable below 35 years)
• Qualification : Ph.D. in Science or Engineering (or) M.Tech. / ME (Engineering) with three years research experience
