Examination For Recruitment of Sub-Inspector in CPOs, Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF & Intelligence Officer in NCB 

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will organise an All India Examination on 28/08/2011 for Recruitment of Sub-Inspector in Central Police Organisatoin (CPOs), Assistant-Sub-Inspector in CISF & Intelligence Officer in Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). SSC invites application Offline/ Online  for the above posts :

1. Sub-Inspector in CPOs : 1104 posts (CRPF-133, BSF-136, CISF-452, ITBP-333, SSB-150), Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200 /-, Age : 20-25 years
2. Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) (CISF) : 678 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. Rs.5200–20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2800 /-, Age : 20 - 25  years
3. Intelligence Officer Assistant in NCB : 100 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- Grade Pay  Rs.4600/-,Age : 20-27  years

Fee Payable : Rs.100/- (No fee for Women/ SC/ST/PH and Ex-Servicemen) by means of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) only, available at head post office all over the country.

How to Apply : Online - Candidates can apply Online at http://ssconline.nic.in upto 21/06/2011. 

Offline - Application in prescribed format should be sent on or before 24/06/2011 (01/07/2011 for candidates from far-flung areas) and should be send to any of the 9 regional/sub-offices of SSC where candidates want to apply.

• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 - 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200
• Brakup Posts :
  CRPF - 133 BSF - 136 CISF - 352 (Male - 317, Female - 35) ITBPF - 333 SSB - 150 (Male -1 46, Female- 04)
• Age Limit : 20-25 Years as on 24.06.2011

2. Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF : 678 Posts (Male - 610, Female - 68)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 - 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-
• Age Limit : 20-25 Yrs as on 24.06.2011

3. Intelligence Officer in Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) : 100 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 -34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600
• Age Limit : 20-27 Yrs as on 24.06.2011

Qualification : Graduation from a recognised university or equivalent

Last Date for receipt of application : 24.06.2011
